The R-100 is intended for aerial surveillance in real time for motionless and mobile objects. Onboard the plane fixed the day time videos or IR camera which may detecting and recognizing various objects or human. The video information may taping onboard the plane or be transferred to ground station or receiving to other authorize users. Flights operation may be carried out in the afternoon, at night, in conditions of bad visibility or its full absence. The onboard automatic flight control system provides of flight on the programmed structure with an opportunity of its change in real time. Time of preparation for flight is no more than ten minutes.
